Consider using jsmin instead of slimit. #590

Slimit has not been updated since 2013, while jsmin has more active development. Slimit fails on some tokens where it shouldn't, while jsmin seems more forgiving. It's a one line change to use jsmin instead, done in rockymountain: nprapps/rockymountain@a76c1a0
