It seems that the offsets did not change, so please try this build and send me contents of ux0:ps4linkcontrols.log file.

I don't have 3.68 so I can't test it myself.

That build works fine for me. (on 3.68)
I tested it in the PS4 menu, as well as .Hack//GU, and a PS2 Classic, and it worked on all of them!
