• set up production yaml #212

  • start by copying staging. shana and kirk will take a swing at this and ask for ROb to review. we will deploy to pals knapsack and then once that is ok, remap the ingresses to point to it.

• Spike: Comb through pals commits from April 2024 - present #117

• run script to convert admin sets #213

  • Script to migrate admin sets and collections - this is a Hyku thing adventist_knapsack#773
  • this needs to be done first

• Valkyrize Pals: Run work migration script  #110

  • we'll want to do this but it doesn't have to be done immediately

• Make sure all the environment variables all set

Rob is free for support anytime next week but thursday.
