Add a "remove from collection" button to the collections dashboard

Summary

Confirmed in client meeting 2023, 12-04:
It is not efficient for pals to use the current workflow to remove a work from the collection (you have to do it individually and and go to the share tab). They want to be able to remove many at once because they sometimes add a bunch of works to the wrong collection. Being able to remove all of those at once would be more efficient.

Pals would like the button to be on the collection's dashboard page by the other work options (deposit new work through this collection and Add existing works to this collection). We think it will need to work Add existing works to this collection where it takes a list of works to select from and then adds a button to that view. From there the subsequent screens will look like the following sceenshots. (see LaRita if more questions)

• A 'Remove from collection' button appears under the deposit new work through this collection and Add existing works to this collection on the collection dashboard page when works are selected
• Clicking the 'Remove from collection' button leads the user through a workflow that will remove the selected works from the collection

This would be 13 points to do in pals currently and bring it over to the hyrax. It will be a 5 to do it in once pals is knapsacked and valkyrized
