Improve pdf viewer: enable one-item deletion of works (no need to delete the children)

Summary

Pals would like to be able to delete works and their children (only if created by IIIF print) through a one-item deletion.

Acceptance Criteria

• As a user, I can delete a work, and it's children (if they are created by IIIF print), through a one-item deletion

We have pieces in a job in Adventist that could be extracted to do this task. However, we don't necessarily track the "if they are created by IiifPrint" piece to make sure we don't do it in other cases.
