Import/Export getting stuck

I was working on exporting metadata, cleaning it up and reimporting. An export or two would work then the next one would get stuck and take many days or not complete. Imports were the same, some would work others never got past pending and some took many days.

These 3 exporters never exported - it says pending and there is no zip to download

These two importers have been pending for a very very long time

• You can see there is a value in the contributors field, and it is also in the description field
• if you look at the metadata you will see it was in fact moved to description but the contributor field was then made blank and that part did not update
