We have a library that needs to be able to have their metadata records public, but in some cases have the files hidden to private. HOwever when they do this the public view shows missing image/broken image icons instead of no icon or any non broken looking icon.

The problem is in search results and on the home page where "recent uploads" are highlighted we see the broken image icon and it looks broken. The work page can have the viewer turned off which hides it from the top area, but at the bottom in the item list there is also the broken image icon. This doesnt look as bad cz you can see the visibility setting and it shows not as bad

Ideally this would show blank i think? or maybe some other icon that indicates its hidden vs missing

Curiously, if i log in to my test tenant i can see the icons for the file but still do not have access to view the file.
