Pre: #46

We need to add an Entry Point, slack message send to desk-compute in the slack on start and end, and results storing in a specified output location so that it's easy for users to see the results. THINK ABOUT HOW TO MAKE THIS EASY TO RUN IN PARALLEL as that is the next PR.
