Has anyone try nvs with modified camera extrinsic(especially translation with height)?

when doing nvs on dynamic scene with no tracking box prior like periodic vibration gaussian, often the setting is to interpolate on timestamp, when i tried with modified camera extrinsic(such as moving camera up and down),the result is very noisy, i wonder if any one tried with such setting successfully on this work.
