How do you better associate issues with projects when they are created? #83

When we create an issue, the user needs to manually associate the issue with a project. The problem that gets created is when a pgm mgr or team member makes, or manages a project board, not all issues will be populated. Seems like there should be a way to automatically associate issues with projects if under the same repository.
