Quarto seems more and more like the way the R world is heading so it makes sense to update my slides. Those slides are on week 3 for the lecture and the update should be relatively straightforward (hopefully).

  • Update slides_3a.qmd
  • Update week 3 learning objectives
  • Update homework assignments 3-8
    • Should be submitted as .qmd rather than .Rmd
  • Update function tutorial assignment
    • Also should be submitted as a .qmd file
  • Update NEWS.md
  • Make new GitHub release to reflect this + other post-v1.0 changes
