Sonos speaker announcements don't use volume parameter

When using a Sonos speaker and the announced feature, I hoped to have a separate volume for the media and the announcement that is played, similar to how the Sonos cloud integration works. Still, it appears that the volume parameter doesn't do anything when announce is checked.

it uses the value in volume tab

using sonos cloud but its annoying since i have to use chimetts url each time
