Balance sometimes doesn't load #192

Even with multiple wallet reloads an addresses balance might stay zero.

This is likely due to network requests not finding a suitable peer to get the account proof from or the network just swallows the request?

We should introduce a retry mechanism, or manual recheck trigger.
