Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Sharing VeriStand waveforms with other platforms.

Describe the solution you'd like
Have the data sharing framework support waveforms (In and Out) just like it supports scalars.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Building my own addon.

Additional context
This will enable using Dolphin Inc SISCI through the DSF. Multiple application spaces would benefit from having native Dolphin support.
