AutDeNovo assembly: BLAST fail

Hey Martin,

the BLASTing of my assemblies did not work, the log file showed this error:
=>> PBS: job killed: mem 109274780kb exceeded limit 104857600kb

If I understand this correctly, the BLASTing ran out of memory?
We had a similar problem when we did the first assembly, but you caught it and changed the memory's usage.
Could you explain what you changed where?
