TestExternalDNSVirtualServer.test_responses_after_setup[crd_ingress_controller_with_ed0-create_externaldns0-virtual_server_setup0] fails with a 400 - Bad Request when starting the ExternalDNS pod. Investigate how to prevent the error, or build in a retry.
