У меня при добавлении точки из формы, вылетает приложение при добавлении фотографии из памяти. Выдаётся сообщение Media storage is not avaible.

Шаги для повторения:

Создать проект коллектора с формой из одного поля, и 5 фотографиями по инструкции https://docs.google.com/document/d/1p2sNLkvqG8TEjITcBrDsu2djEugPt8GSTZXqn_1LLNY/edit
На мобильном добавить точку, добавить фотографию в режиме Pick exiting one
