[Feature Request] Add reminder term

Hello,

it would be nice to add to GUI option to set Reminder term for task. The same way as it's possible in ownCloud application. This is also supported by e-mail clients (Thunderbird, ...).

Unfortunately I'm not skilled in PHP and JS.

Just wondering this is unsolved since years for now while other (quite complex) features has been implemented.

I'm currently implementing the ical alarm component properties (https://www.kanzaki.com/docs/ical/).

I'm making it behave the same as the "+ Add reminder" functionality in the calendar app, with the difference of using the tasks-app-datepicker. (https://github.com/nextcloud/calendar/tree/0d63e67cedd8ffaa9a1def6f544477145dad2ee8/src/components/Editor/Alarm)

I finished a first working draft PR that adds reminders (alarms): #2743

Feel free to try it. You can give me feedback on the linked PR if bugs pop up or you have some suggestions.

The implementation took longer than expected because handling both absolute and relative reminders in combination with time zones was complicated and a lot of work.
