Create page in Fractal for "color" as a component

Create sections with descriptions for:

Base colors
Primary colors
State colors
System colors

Display color swatch and list 2 top related tokens

Ex: "primary-light" "blue-vivid-20v"

Allow tokens / codes to be copied
