Why are so many HyPhy p-values 1 for the primate lineage? #7

Just correlated the p-values between the branch-site models from ETE3 and HyPhy, the correlation is ~0.3 with p<0.05 for all lineages apart from for the primate lineage.

When I looked more closely at the results, the majority of p-values for the primate lineage were 1. Need to figure out what's going on, could it be something to do with the out groups?
