perftools.rb errors during installation

i tried to clone the netzke_demo
When I do the "bundle" command it stops with the error below.

Installing perftools.rb (0.5.6) with native extensions c:/RailsInstaller/Ruby1.8.7/l
ib/ruby/site_ruby/1.8/rubygems/installer.rb:529:in `build_extensions': ERROR: Failed
to build gem native extension. (Gem::Installer::ExtensionBuildError)

Any idea?

It should be enough just to remove the reference to perftools from Gemfile.
