Improve messaging for netobs lab prepare #32

The command netobs lab prepare brings a hefty output to the terminal because it runs first a netobs lab purge to make sure no other environment is running. It would be great to improve the messaging on the transition from purge to deploy so the user can quickly see when the deployment phase begins
