Use icons next to the actions that are available. These could be

"Restore all messages"

"reinitialize synchronisationcursor"

find better wording for "reinitialize synchroinisationcursor" - it is very technically, noone will understand it. something like "Reset synchronisation" or even "Restart synchronisation"
