Crash when trying to synchronize

1. Clic on "Synchroniser maintenant"

Expected behaviour

Tell us what should happen
Synchronization should goes on !

Actual behaviour

Tell us what happens instead
Pop up : "Nextcloud SMS s'est arrếté". nothing else.
I just got a few discussions synchronized, once after reseting the index and make a restaure option. I tryied to change the parameters whithout positive effects.

Salut dit Nerzhul !
Sorry not to give some news of my trouble !
I've got some synchro from the 17/09/17 to the 6/11/17 without knowing why it is now in Error 13 and why I can't synchronize (backup) before the 17/09.
I don't know how to root my Samsung 5 for the moment, so I can't give you any log to help understanding the way it goes.
