Add in the ability to calibrate the model based on polygon-level accuracy. Many times we have observation data at the county level but we have driver and host data available as raster data.

Steps:

  • Draw initial conditions from county-level counts and raster host data.
  • Aggregate simulation to county level for comparison of the number of observations.
