ネイティブコンパイル可能にするのはおそらく簡単ですが、
複数端末でgit pullで同期した時にスムーズに自動的にネイティブコンパイルしてくれるかが問題になる。
init.el 自動コンパイル - Shammer's Philosophy
を改造してネイティブコンパイル版にすれば問題ないか?
