Hello XingdaChen.

You are right, I haven't added a requirements.txt file. Reason being, most of the projects require basic stuff such as numpy, pandas, scikit-learn, tensorflow, pytorch etc. Since I have done these projects in google colab, all of the mentioned packages are pre-installed there so you wouldn't need to install them manually. Still if you are struggling with a particular project kindly mention the name and I will look into it. Thanks.
