JetStream Object Store docs need improvement

Now Object Store is out of beta/experimental, some kind soul needs to beef up the docs a little.

e.g. acks/data integrity questions as mentioned nats-io/nats-server#6322, or answers surrounding how Object Store works in R3/R5 environments etc. etc.

Like, for example, the docs has the following line:

Note: Object store is not a distributed storage system. All files in a bucket will need to fit on the target file system.

Ok, but when most people think about distributed systems, they are probably mostly concerned about the replication and data integrity that comes as a by-product of such systems ? And as presently written that note creates more questions than it answers.

Thanks for the feedback. We are putting al ot of effort into docs right now, and this for sure should ve fixed along the way.
