There is no band called C'est Cheese, that's the name of an album by the band The Arrogant Worms which contains the song "Dangerous". (I'm not Canadian, but I happen to like a couple of the same Canadian bands Hadfield does).

Further, a nice anecdote based on Hadfield's book:

maybe his memory was wrong, the NASA website has an audio file that seems to prove he was wrong and your DB is right.
