前些日子有点忙，没有看GitHub，不好意思。
是的，这个固件默认加防火墙规则并且关了DHCP。我是按照主路由使用Padavan、OpenWrt等固件来准备的，DHCP同样预计由主路由负责。
有需要的话你可以刷机之后暂且使用一次固定IP，再进后台按你喜欢的修改。
