Encode does not work

In my case "/encode_all" command does not work at all. I only get the error

Warning: WARNING ABOUT TO ENCRYPT DATA!!!! IN C:\pagefile.sys
ERROR: BOT MISUSE: Unknown error running command or function

I've tried to change a parent folder to "c:\users\" but the same error appears
