Calendar: Free/Busy

When I create a meeting and invite others, I want to know whether they are free at the meeting time. If not, I want to find a time when they are all free.

Query the other user's calendar, whether he's free:

• On that specific time of the meeting
• Which times
• Which meetings he has during that time.

We don't have the UI yet, but please build the APIs (hopefully a single function would be sufficient) and implement it for EWS.
