The continuous integration fails on Python 3.7 and Python 3.8, it seems to just hang. That used to work fine, and the code hasn't changed, so try to figure out which dependency is the problem...

Seems like there's a problem with netifaces. There is an issue with the same symptoms at the netifaces GitHub: al45tair/netifaces#33. Strangely, the Python 3.7 run failed once but then worked on the next run.

This seems to have disappeared as mysteriously as it appeared. Since no users have reported any problems, we'll close this.
