Integrate Create Event Page with Smart Contract

Base on the create event page , bind the page with create event function from the smart contract.

Once it is successful, redirect the user to Home page

Acceptance Criteria

• create event from the frontend page.
• new event appear on the contract side.
• Event action is emitted as a result of create event function call on the smart contract.
