Provide a mechanism to override default configuration

Hi,

Due the way we use Configuration Management in our working place, there is not a simple way to override the configuration file created by the RPM to meet our specific needs.

In particular, we need to add a directory to PRUNEPATHS.
Would it be possible for mlocate to allow a local setup? For example, something like this

# cat /etc/updatedb.local
EXTRA_PRUNEPATHS = " /mypath"

That would solve all our problems :)
