Select project to search in

When searching for TODO's, I want to search in a certain project. However, if I select the option 'project' it searches in the first project as shown in the tree view. There is no way to select another project to search in.

I'd like an option to search in another project, for instance selecting a project from a dropdown (which would be based on the currently added project folders), or searching in the project which is currently selected in the tree view.
