how to decrease dialog playback speed with better quality/smooth?

Hi, I tried out the function to decrease the playback speed of dialog (speech) which is keybind to [ by default but the audio starts to sound weird, like artifacting/glitchy. I have seen the many options in https://mpv.io/manual/master/#audio-filters but maybe somone knows which settings to use to improve the quality?
