[Routines] Allow selecting history items and making a routine

The routine-creation phrase "give last 5 intents the nickname foo" is nearly impossible to successfully run. How many intents was it? What is the phrasing again?

Instead we could allow you to look through your history, select items from your history (presumably recent ones), and then "create routine from history" (a button). This would just copy them all over into the routine form, and the user would give them a name before saving.
