Describe the bug
When turning on the "optimize mouse for remote desktop instead of games" settings, the middle mouse button doesn't function properly when held down. This is most noticeable in Blender where the middle mouse button is held down in order to rotate in 3D space. Instead, a very slight rotation happens before both rotation and cursor stay locked in place until the middle mouse button is released. There are no issues with rotation when the "optimize mouse for remote desktop instead of games" setting is disabled.
Steps to reproduce
Toggle "optimize mouse for remote desktop instead of games" and hold down the middle mouse button in an application that requires it such as Blender.

Additional context
I'm using a wacom tablet on a macbook that's using 1440p resolution. My desktop PC is at 4k resolution. If I remote into my desktop with the "optimize mouse for remote desktop instead of games" disabled, everything works properly, but my tablet is mapped to a 1440p screen size, meaning I can't access a large portion of the 4k desktop. If I turn off "optimize mouse for remote desktop instead of games", the tablet is properly remapped to the 4k desktop, but I can't use the middle mouse button to work in Blender.
