Intention to convert between string literals

This intention (available via Alt+Enter) would allow to convert between the different types of string literals where possible.

For example, string literal "content" could be changed into the byte literal "content" to allow byte escape codes.

Likewise

content
"""

could be turned into the equivalent multiline byte literal.

The intention should be disabled for byte literals which contain escaped bytes, because these are unsupported by string literals.
