Add query engine that generates CSV files

One use for Hawk is to produce data that will feed visualisations. For this, it may be good to allow Hawk to produce output in an easy to parse format, such as CSV. This could be a version of the EOL query engine which requires queries to produce a Map of Sequences, where the key is the name of the column and the Sequences are the values of each column.
