(Schema editor): Add button is growing on mouse-over

Software version: v11.54.3. Database version: 23.

Description

When I hover over the [ + ] button in the schema editor (column section) the button will grow continuously

Expected behaviour

Expecting the button to stay the same size :D

Extra note: when actually clicking the [ + ] button, I go into the EDIT screen, not adding a new column. You can see this in the screen recording, that the pencil icon is also highlighted.
