feat: better pages app (extended google friday)

Issue

The pages app can currently only add some html. Doing more that adding some simple text takes time and wont look consistent.

Solution

Rewrite the pages app to use the molgenis-viz components to make quick and better looking pages.
With a few components like 'title', 'content', 'pie chart', 'html', etz. That can be added as modules we can already make a lot of simple pages and dashboards.

The idea is that a datamanager can quickly make simple pages and dashboards. For more complex situations and inter component interaction i still suggest to create a dedicated app.

proposed features:

• backwards compatibility pages (v1) by using a text module
• a few templates that are a set of pre selected modules.. like a ern page, dashboard.
