This bug is commonly encountered opening and closing any inventory or chest with the inventory key (default: E). If you press another key too fast, it opens the inventory gui back up as if you had pressed E again. This is easily tested by holding down E when you close your inventory, and then pressing another letter. This bug actually happens with any gui mapped to open and close with a hotkey, such as journeymap.
I personally encounter the bug quite often as I play because I close an inventory with E, and then quickly start trying to walk forward with W and my inventory frequently pops back open if I move too fast.
This is unrelated to the Ticon bug (pack I'm playing doesn't even have ticon installed).

as I play on a server, removing this mod is not really possible because it gives mod rejections on login - which is quite annoying as I have spent hours tracking down the mod that causes it.
(I am using ResonantRise 3.3.0.1)
