Allow not passing any data to plot - so that a topo schematic (channel locations) can be shown.

topo = borsar.viz.Topo(info=info)
topo.mark_channels([1, 2, 3, 4], markerfacecolor='k')

this is easy to do by using all NaNs data under the hood when data=None. Then, we could topo.img.remove(), but it is not necessary.
