Audio share Tv to android phone

Would be great to share audio over network from a tv to phone.

In the case you want to listen to a video from your tv but through your phone.
*Since the problem with Bluetooth on Android TVs is that the codec they use is SBC and no support for LDAC and therefore the sound is muddy and a little distorted.

So the solution here would be a host android to a client android device

If it is possible, that would be great.
And I'm guessing since it's over the network the bitrate will be higher compared to SBC over bluetooth.

Only after accomplishing the Android phone host #23, I'll begin to consider migrating it to Android TV.
