How to create the plots in the demo videos?

I see there beat plot and downbeat plot, how can I create this? adding the type of plots changed nothing for the output. Just getting started using this library

I see the downbeat as the beat count, is that right? so the correct interpretation is that first beat is the 4thm beat, and the second beat is the 1st. Yes?
