[Bug]: [GoSDK] Some rbac related API are missing the optional parameter dbName

Current Behavior

• DescribeRole
• RevokePrivilege
• RevokeV2
• GrantV2
• GrantPrivilege

Note: DbName is optional. If "", use the default db
