Issue with running Milvus-Lite in a Databricks notebook

Environment

• Milvus version: 2.2.11
• Deployment mode: milvus-lite in Databricks
• SDK version(e.g. pymilvus v2.0.0rc2): pymilvus 2.2.0.dev23
• OS(Ubuntu or CentOS): Ubuntu 22.04.2 LTS in Azure Databricks
• Databricks Runtime: 13.1 ML
• GPU:
• Others:
  Environment:
  milvus=2.2.11

Note: Databricks Spark reserves 40000 - 40002 ports.

from milvus import default_server, debug_server, MilvusServer, MilvusServerConfig
from pymilvus import connections, utility
MilvusServerConfig.RANDOM_PORT_START = 50000
server = MilvusServer(debug=True)
server.start()
connections.connect("debug",host='127.0.0.1', port=server.listen_port)
utility.list_collections( using='debug')

I get the error :
[list_collections] retry:10, cost: 60.00s, reason: <_MultiThreadedRendezvous: StatusCode.UNAVAILABLE, internal: Milvus Proxy is not ready yet. please wait>

In the log I see:
[ERROR] [grpcclient/client.go:161] ["failed to get client address"] [error="find no available rootcoord, check rootcoord state"] [stack="github.com/milvus-io/milvus/internal/util/grpcclient.(*ClientBase[...]).connect

I am having similar issue, any luck on resolving this?
