[MGTP- Editor]: After activating the 'Zoom In or Zoom Out' button, screen reader is not conveying any information.

OS Build: Windows 11
Version: 24H2 (OS Build 25346.1001)
Browser: Edge dev
Browser Version 114.0.1807.5 (Official build) dev (64-bit)

Repro Steps:

1. Open the above URL and login with valid credentials.
2. Press 'Ctrl+Win+Enter' keys to turn on Narrator.
3. 'Microsoft Graph Toolkit Playground' Overview page will get displayed.
4. Press tab key and navigate to Editor menu present at left hand side and press enter key to activate it.
5. Navigate to 'Zoom In' and 'Zoom Out' button and press enter key and observe the issue.

Actual Result:
Screen reader does not convey any information and remains silent when the user activates the 'Zoom in and Zoom Out' button.

Expected Result:
Screen Reader should convey the information when user activates the 'Zoom In and Zoom Out' button. It should convey the information as 'Zoom In to percentage value' and when user activate Zoom Out button it should convey as 'Zoom Out to percentage value'.

Note:

1. Same issue reproduces with NVDA Screen Reader.
2. Same issue is observed with 'Remount Component, Reset Zoom, Go Full Screen, Open Canvas In new Tab and Copy Canvas Link' button in header section.

User Experience:
It will impact the screen reader user as they will not be able to know whether control is activated or not also, they will not get to know the current value of page zoom.
